Since joining Glatfelter as Chief Underwriting Officer in 2022 and becoming President in January 2024, Fry has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success. Her leadership has strengthened Glatfelter's focus on distribution, product development, and talent, ensuring the company remains a business of choice for specialized insurance solutions. She will continue to be based at Glatfelter's Leader Heights office in York, PA.
As part of this transition, Christopher Flatt, formerly Glatfelter's CEO, will now serve as Chairman, leading the board of directors while further supporting the company's leadership team and strategic initiatives.
