Job Description

Position is responsible for identifying, analyzing, developing (in some cases) and testing solutions to business problems and automation opportunities. Seeks information from users and technologists, develops it to a strategic level, defines the opportunities, and develops business analyses and designs systems/procedures to solve the situation. This position is located in York, PA. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of work experience with information systems. 
• Ability to understand XML along with high-level programmer concepts including Boolean and loop logic required. 
• Demonstrated experience working in an insurance environment with proven knowledge of MGA's, brokerage, retail and carrier operations desired. 
• Working knowledge of systems analysis techniques and demonstrated ability to conduct business analyses including cost benefit analyses required. 
• Proven knowledge of relational databases and demonstrated ability to construct complex queries for use in analysis required. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills essential. 
• Demonstrated experience leading out projects a plus.
