Job Description

Seeking a motivated insurance professional to join the GRP sales team. Will develop and promote the sale and use of all GRP products and services through independent agents to achieve business plan elements, premium growth, profitability and market penetration objectives. Will promote and maintain goodwill between GRP and key distributors throughout the country.

Qualifications

BS Degree or equivalent industry experience and a minimum of three (3) years commercial property and casualty sales, marketing or underwriting experience is desired. Familiarity with religious organizations and their specific insurance needs is desired. Experience in the design, development, and implementation of business and sales plans and the ability to analyze the effectiveness of all existing plans are required. Must have and maintain or attain, within three (3) months, current property & casualty licenses for appropriate states. Successful completion of at least two parts of CPCU, three parts CIC, or its equivalent is desired. A moderate level of travel, including overnight travel, is required.
