As COVID-19 continues to spread globally, Glatfelter is taking actions in response to this unique and evolving humanitarian crisis to balance the safety and health of our associates, clients, distribution partners, and other stakeholders while preserving business continuity and the quality of technical expertise and service that defines our company. We are monitoring developments closely, including following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as other local, regional and global health authorities.

  • Our offices remain open and operational, and our associates are ready to serve you.
  • Effective Monday, March 16, we instituted a work-from-home policy to protect the health and safety of our associates while ensuring continuity of client services.
  • Glatfelter has prohibited all in-country business air travel absent of exceptional circumstances related to claims handling and other critical operations.
