Job Description

Full-time position responsible for all aspects of technical file handling for claims arising out of general liability, wrongful acts and employment practices.  Our national product offerings are comprised of special districts, schools, municipalities and police departments; emergency service organizations; commercial ambulance; religious institutions; and hospice/home health/senior living organizations. This position will require the investigation, evaluation and resolution of complex coverage issues and high exposure claims, litigated and non-litigated. The ideal candidate will have an advanced knowledge of the legal process and the ability to effectively manage counsel. Some travel required.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years handling high exposure and litigated claims. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferrable industry experience. Must hold current state adjusting licenses or pass licensing exams within an aggressive period of time. AIC designation preferred.
