Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, results-oriented Employee Benefits Producer with 2-5 years of sales experience.  Our new associate will be responsible for new business development and growing a book of employee benefits accounts.  We provide high level account management and sales / service support, as well as an excellent compensation and benefit package to our Producers.



Qualifications

  • PA Life, Health and Disability insurance license required
  • Minimum of two (2) years’  sales experience
  • A solid understanding of Employee Benefits / Group Insurance products and services
  • Ability to assess the risk exposures and benefit needs of various types of organizations in order to generate appropriate strategies and solutions for them
  • Effective at maintaining and building solid relationships with insurance markets and benefit providers to ensure proper service and solutions are rendered to our accounts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving and active listening skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong work-ethic, who is energized by the prospect of identifying prospective clients and closing new business
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
