Prepares and submits insurance company partner filings for GIG Property and Casualty insurance programs to ensure timely approval of rate, rule and form filings by state insurance departments. Functions as a liaison between the carrier, GIG, and state insurance departments to resolve filing issues and communicates filing status. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a minimum five (5) years work experience in a property and casualty insurance company or consulting state filings department required. Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, commercial property and casualty insurance products required, as well as experience with preparing and submitting insurance department rate and form filings and responding to insurance department filing questions. Extensive knowledge of insurance department rules and regulations governing coverage forms, endorsements, rates, rules, and policy declarations in addition to experience using MS Word and Excel, SERFF and filing tracking software required. |

Seeking a motivated insurance professional to join the GPP sales team in the Northwest territory. Will develop and promote the sale and use of all GPP products and services through independent agents to achieve business plan elements, premium growth, profitability and market penetration objectives. Will promote and maintain goodwill between GPP and key distributors in several northwestern states. Exercises technical expertise, analytical ability and sound business judgment while assisting in the effective analysis of state specific public entity market environments for the potential expansion of all GPP product lines. BS Degree or equivalent industry experience and a minimum of three (3) years commercial property and casualty sales, marketing or underwriting experience is desired. Familiarity with all aspects of public entity (including misc. entities, special districts, public and private schools) is desired. Experience in the design, development, and implementation of business and sales plans and the ability to analyze the effectiveness of all existing plans are required. Must have and maintain or attain, within three (3) months, current property & casualty licenses for appropriate states. Successful completion of at least two parts of CPCU, three parts CIC, or its equivalent is desired. Frequent travel, including overnight travel, is required. |

Responsible for handling assigned third party liability claims and suits from first report to conclusion within authority. Investigates, evaluates and negotiates losses by contacting insureds, claimants, agents, appraisers, attorneys, physicians and other appropriate resources and prepares correspondence and reports. Litigation responsibilities include teamwork with assigned counsel in identification of goals, tactics and resource requirements for the defense and resolution of litigated cases. Moderate knowledge of insurance coverages and procedures. Seeking self-motivated, well-organized individual with secondary school education and 5 years experience handling liability claims or appropriate transferable concurrent related experience. Field experience is an asset. Effective computer and communication skills necessary. Must have or obtain appropriate licenses within an aggressive period of time. |

Seeking an individual to investigate, evaluate, and settle property claims according to established procedures and in a manner that reflects our corporate philosophy of providing the finest service possible. This is an inside position requiring a secondary school education. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and in written form. Must be self-motivated and able to make decisions within authority level. Will be required to test for and obtain adjusters’ licenses in various states. Prior experience with claims, emergency service organizations, or municipalities is a plus. |
| Total Loss Representative I - GCM - First Party(Req#1733) |

Responsible for supervised handling of assigned salvage claims including timeliness and diary maintenance, to achieve our goal of maximizing our salvage returns. Duties include the coordination of the movement of salvage vehicles with our vendors, processing and state compliance of vehicle titles, maintaining various salvage logs and entry of salvage data into the ISO system. Submission and preparation of ACV total losses and other clerical and claims activities as needed. Secondary school education with 1-year handling/adjusting experience in insurance claims or appropriate transferable concurrent experience in a related field required. Industry designation and a working knowledge of state laws governing the sale of salvage vehicles are a plus. Solid organizational, verbal, and grammatical skills required in addition to a mathematical aptitude with the ability to perform calculations. Strong customer service skills required. Must have or obtain PA Notary Public license and complete designated insurance coursework within a specified timeframe. Have or obtain the necessary state adjusting licenses in a time frame as determined by management. |
